Coastal Scents, an independent makeup brand, has a new eyeshadow palette, called Summer Palette – and its decorated with a summery tropical garden scene, in pink and green.

The highly pigmented eyeshadow colors deliver high color pay-off and very little fallout, according to Dorothy Kramer, product designer and co-owner of Coastal Scents.

Kramer explains comments on the colors in the palette, saying, “When developing the Summer Breeze Palette, our goal was to create a selection of colors that are fresh and happy, but at the same time not too over-powering. Bright eyeshadows have to be matched perfectly in order to work out.”

Reto Kramer, who founded the brand in 2005, adds, “Creating products that are top quality yet extremely affordable has always been our mission. This newest addition is just another example that quality does not need to have a high price tag.”
